Does anyone know how to create a circular motif using hairpin lace? If there could be a step by step process of how to create a circular motif, that would be great.

When I saw this beautiful and elegant skirt, I really wanted to try it. I took the hook 1,5 mm and thin yarn and try to copy motifs with zoomed original photo.

Im using a gorgeous stitch from the openwork section, stitch 2025.
I’ve been trying to make a shawl but I’m cluless how todsecrease with this stitch. I’ve treid several ways…none look right….Any suggestions?
