Treble / Double crochet (tr / dc)

Begin with 3 chains for turning (step 1),

then yarn over hook (step 2),

insert hook into fourth stitch to left of hook (step 3),

yarn over hook and draw through a loop, ( 3 loops on hook)(steps 4, 5),

yarn over hook and draw through 2 loops on hook (steps 6, 7),

yarn over hook and draw through remaining 2 loops on hook (1 loop remains on hook) (steps 8, 9).

For next treble / double crochet: isert hook into next stitch and work steps 2-9.
